NPPV療法
- NPPV療法とは
- ・慢性呼吸不全患者のうち、低酸素血症に加え、 慢性的にCO2（炭酸ガス）の蓄積を伴うⅡ型呼吸不全の方に、 継続的な換気補助（人工呼吸療法）が必要となる場合があります。
- ・従前の人工呼吸療法は、気管切開下で実施されるのが一般的でしたが、 NPPV療法はマスクを介して換気を行うもので、気管切開に代わり得る、 患者さんに不快感や苦痛を与えにくい人工呼吸療法として注目されています。
