在宅中心静脈栄養法
口から栄養を摂取できない患者さんにとって高カロリー輸液は欠かせない療法になっています。自宅で生命維持に必要な栄養素を中心静脈から点滴投与する療法が在宅中心静脈栄養法です。栄養維持のためのみで入院をする必要がなくなり、在宅で療養したり社会復帰することも可能になります。
HPN
持続注入法
- 主に体外式カテーテルを使用
- ２４時間にわたり注入
- 日常の行動は制限
- ライン交換は週１～２回。
間歇注入法
- 主に皮下埋め込み式ポートカテーテルを使用
- 注入時間以外はラインから開放
- ライン交換は毎日必要。
